The Nigeria Conservation Foundation (NCF), in collaboration with the Wilder Institute, has donated equipment worth N8 million for the conservation of Cross River’s endangered gorillas. The Zamfara State Government has earmarked N1.3 billion in the 2024 fiscal year for gully erosion control projects in seven major areas across the state. The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited, NNPCL, says it has fulfilled its pledge of achieving the mechanical completion of rehabilitation work on Area 5 Plant of the Port Harcourt Refining Company (PHRC).
